| 摘 要： | 论述了科技成果转化的重要性及青海省科技成果转化的状况和存在的主要问题，并针对其问题，提出了提高认识，进一步完善市场竞争机制，坚持技术引进和自主开发相结合；对科技梦见和科技人才实行分流；建立稳定的科技成果转化资金支撑体系和风险投入机制；积极培育和发展技术市场等对策与措施。

| Abstract: | The paper duscusses the improtance,present situation and main existing problems of scien-tific &. technical achievement transformation in Qinghai province,and puts forword some countermeasures andsteps,such as raising the level of understanding, further perfecting the market competition system, insisting on the combination of importing technology and developing independently, implementing the dispersion of sci-entific & technical institute and personnel,establishing the firm fund support and risk investment system of scientific &. technical achievement transformation,and zealously cultivating and developing the technical mar-ket, etc. |
