| Abstract: | The instrument rationality and the value rationality express different tendencies in the teacher continuing education.On one hand they are different,and on the other hand they are one organic entity of the human thought and therefore harmonious in some aspects.The teacher continuing education,which manifests the harmonious rationalities,emphasizes human rights,vocational development,harmony and all-round development. |
