摘    要:工具理性和价值理性在教师继续教育中表达了不同的诉求,它们作为人类思维的有机统一体,虽然存在着差异,但大体是和谐的。体现了和谐理性观的教师继续教育,突出强调人权观、专业观、和谐观和全面发展观。

Abstract:The instrument rationality and the value rationality express different tendencies in the teacher continuing education.On one hand they are different,and on the other hand they are one organic entity of the human thought and therefore harmonious in some aspects.The teacher continuing education,which manifests the harmonious rationalities,emphasizes human rights,vocational development,harmony and all-round development.
