| 摘 要： | 我国酒店业的多元化发展，经济型酒店的迅速崛起，需要对酒店管理专业人才进行差异化培养。目前，经济型酒店管理专业教育是我国酒店管理专业教育中的一个盲点。如何在较短时间内构架新的教学体系，科学地确立经济型酒店人才培养的新目标，已成为酒店市场的新需求，同时也是我国酒店管理专业教育面对的问题。本文结合我国经济型酒店的发展状况，对经济型酒店人才培养模式、培养途径作了探索。
