| 摘 要： | 对283名农村体育教师的职业压力与职业倦怠状况进行调查研究,旨在了解我国农村体育教师的职业压力与职业倦怠的一般情况,考察两者的关系,寻求应对对策。结果发现：1）农村体育教师职业压力总体感觉属于中等偏强程度,可见教师层次、教龄、职称和学历等人口学特征的差异;2）农村体育教师体验着中等程度的职业倦怠,其中以情绪疲惫维度和少成就感维度更为明显,不见性别、类型、层次、职称、学历、教龄等人口学特征的差异;3）农村体育教师的职业压力和产生的倦怠感一是缺乏社会支持的结果;二是付出——回报不平衡的结果;三是系统作用的结果。需要通过政府层面、学校层面和个人层面＂三管齐下＂的举措来缓解或消除。

| Abstract: | This paper made survey on job pressure and job-burnout of 283 rural physical education teachers and found out the relationship between them. The result showed that the job pressure of rural physical education tea-chers was higher than normal level,the teacher level,years of teaching,technical title and academic background had difference on demography character.
