| 摘 要： | 引入自组织理论，深入探讨了研发人员在决策过程中的创造性思维特点与发生机理。并进一步揭示，在创造性思维自组织演化过程中，内隐认知与元认知作为系统的“序参量”发挥着主导作用。内隐认知在竞争和协同的作用下推动思维系统走向混沌边缘。元认知则对系统的有序化演进有明显的调控作用。而关键性启发信息则是系统的混沌吸引子，导致思维的顿悟。对系统自组织演进的主导因素进行培训和调控，有利于提高创造性思维的活力与决策能力。

| Abstract: | In this paper,self-organization theory is introduced to discuss characteristics and mechanism of R&D personnel's creative thinking in decision-making process,which revealed that implicit cognition and meta-cognition as order parameters of systems are playing the leading roles in self-organization evolution process of creative thinking.Competition and coordination of implicit cognitions promote thinking system to the edge of chaos.While meta-cognition can effectively control the evolution of systems.Key heur... |
