| 摘 要： | 高校辅导员心理素质高低关系到大学生思想政治工作与心理健康教育,关系办学的成绩。当前由于社会发展步伐加快,工作环境复杂,压力增大,部分辅导员身上存在着工作倦怠和热情缺乏,心意浮躁和心理焦虑,心态失衡,自我封闭或放纵等问题。对辅导员心理素质培养,必须有正确认识与足够重视,多用发展性策略调整其积极心理,保持良好心态,给予必要待遇和发展空间,不断加强心理素质修养和心理机能锻炼。

| Abstract: | The psychological diathesis of university counselors is related to ideological education and psychological education for university students.However,due to the complex work environment and high pressure,some psychological problems of university counselors are found such as languor,anxiety,unbalance,isolation and indulgence.Therefore,to reinforce psychological diathesis and the mental function,it is necessary to recognize the importance of developing psychological diathesis of university counselors,and keep healthy psychology by developmentstrategies and reasonable pay and conditions. |
