| 摘 要： | 搞好社会主义精神文明建设,对提高中华民族的整体素质,对增强综合国力、实现社会主义现代化建设具有重要的战略意义.学校作为社会主义一代新人的培养基地,自然是社会主义精神文明建设的主战场.高等职业教育院校必须不断提高认识,坚持物质文明和精神文明两手抓,两手都要硬;坚持守土有责,进行卓绝奋斗;坚持结合实际,制订规划、选准目标,切实加强师生员工的精神文明建设,推动学校的改革和发展.

| Abstract: | It is very necessary to promote the construction of the spiritual civilization in order to im- prove the qualities of the whole nation, to enhance the comprehensive nationa1 power and to realize the so- cialist modernization construction. A school, as a training base of the new socialist generation is the main battlefield to construct the spiritual civilization. A higher professional college should build both material and moral civilization, and put them into practice. In order to improve the reformation and development of the college, the plan should be made, the aim should be selected, and the teachers, staff members and students should promote their construction of the spiritual civilization. |
