| 摘 要： | 当前,中小学生成长过程中的困惑越来越多,关注中小学生的身心健康已成为社会关注的热点。作为学校心理健康教育重要载体的心理健康教育活动课是一项全新的教育实践,需要不断完善。以当前心理健康教育活动课存在的问题为切入点,深入研究和探讨有效实施中小学心理健康教育课的对策,对增进中小学生的心理健康具有重要的意义。
