| 摘 要： | 采用热水法和碱法提取鹿角海萝多糖,并研究其部分理化性质.实验结果表明,热水提取法多糖得率明显高于碱提法,鹿角海萝中的总糖质量分数为40％;热水法提取的多糖中3,6-内醚半乳糖含量明显低于碱提法,而D-半乳糖的含量明显高于碱提法;由于多糖的硫酸基含量较少,鹿角海萝多糖可能不是卡拉胶而是琼胶类.

| Abstract: | In this paper,the polysaccharide was extracted from Gloiopeltis tenax by the methods of hot-water extraction and alkali extraction,and some physicochemical properties of polysaccharides were studied.The results showed that the yield of hot-water extraction was higher than the one of alkali extraction,and mass fraction of total sugar in polysaccharide was 40%;the contents of 3,6-inner ether galactose extracted by hot-water extraction was lower than the one extracted by alkali extraction,but the contents of D... |
