| 摘 要： | 该文以明代以来人口迁移政策变化为线索，重建潮汕文化特质形成的历史过程，分析宏观政策的变化如何型塑了今日的区域文化，强调要历史地认识区域文化特质，理解区域文化的历史变迁与国家大历史、区域环境的互动关系。

| Abstract: | The article rebuilds a historical process of Chaozhou-Shantou cultural character shapping along the change of country’s population migration policy since Ming Dynasty,and analyses how the macro policy and region circumstance affect local culture deeply.An emphatic opinion is that local cultural character should be comprehended historically,so as to understand relationship among local culture,country’s histroy and region circumstance. |
