| 摘 要： | 我国现代保安服务业兴起于２０世纪８０年 代中期，是实行对内搞活、对外开放和商品经济发展的产物。文章通过以武汉市保安服务总公司保安员为研究对象，运用社会学、社会心理学理论，分析影响他们职业稳定性的内在因 素和职业环境的若干因素，并且提出解决问题的相应对策。

| Abstract: | Safety guards appeared in China during the mid-198 0's as a result of the implementation of the economic reform, the opening policy and the market-oriented economy. Taking some safety guards in Wuhan city as su bjects, by applying some socialogical and social-psychological theories, the pr esent paper studies the factors affecting the stability of this profession and p uts forward some suggestions for the problems. |
