| 摘 要： | 课堂教学是学校日常教学工作的核心，因此应充分认识在扩招后课堂教学工作中现存的问题。充分调动广大教师的积极性，培养出优秀的教师队伍是关键；好的教材，精心的课堂设计，组织教学是重心。另外，传统的课堂教学模式正日趋被开放式的网络化教学模式所取代，如何尽快适应并结合传统教育教学模式来运用网络化教学是每个教育工作应思考的问题。

| Abstract: | Since class teaching is essential in daily teaching schemes, the existing teaching problems in it should be fully realized. It is the key to arouse teachers' enthusiasm and qualify them. It is a center point how to select a fine teaching material, design a good class and organize the teaching activities. Moreover, the traditional class approaches are gradually replaced by the opening network teaching ones. It is a problem for every educator to study how to combine the traditional teaching approaches with network teaching ones rapidly. |
