| 摘 要： | 进入新世纪以来,我国处于文化转型的关键时期,文化建设越来越成为我国文化哲学研究的重要领域,胡锦涛同志在党的十八大报告中,将＂扎实推进社会主义文化强国建设＂作为我党工作的重点加以重申。文章从文化哲学视角深入研究文化发展的动力机制和探讨制约文化发展的主要因素,不仅是丰富马克思主义文化哲学的需要,也是推进我国实现文化大发展、大繁荣和建设＂文化强国＂的时代召唤。

| Abstract: | Since entering the new century, China has been in the vital moment of cultural transition. Culture makes a very important part in the domain of philosophy in China academic field. Comrade HU Jintao,in the report of the 18＇h National Congress of the Communist Party of China,points out that to construct a strong nation with socialistic culture is one of the most im- portant objectives for the Party. The study of dynamic mechanism of cultural development, as well as the negative factors,is not only the need of enriching the Marxis! cultural philosophy but also the requirement for constructing a strong cultural nation. |
