| 摘 要： | 体育教师是体育课程实施的具体执行者 ,是课程成功的关键因素。体育教师业务能力素质的高低 ,直接影响着体育课程实施的质量。本文运用系统理论在确定体育教学能力培养目标、揭示能力培养的构成要素之间的联系及与外界环境的联系、建立以教学能力培养为中心的体育课堂教学结构模式和能力培养效果评价方法方面进行了探索。

| Abstract: | Teachers of physical education are executors and key factors of the course.The level of their professional ability relates to the quality of the course.By way of systematical theories,this paper probes into such aspects as the establishment of the development of the relationship among the factors which constitute ability development and their connection with external circumstance,the construction of teaching style centering on fetching ability development and the evaluating methods of development effect of teaching ability. |
