| Abstract: | The research of the talents training mode of partnerships of educators with employers is one of the topic of the day for the vocalional higher education. The paper emphasizes the effect factors of the cooperation of colleges and enterprises in combination of working and studying at present, It is proposed for the higher vocational education how to improve the talents training mode of combination of working and studying. |
