| 摘 要： | 我国高等教育市场失灵主要表现在教育服务有效供给的相对不足,受教育机会的不公平,教育资源配置的低效率,教育腐败行为的产生和就业市场供求的失衡。针对以上现象,应采取经济、法律和行政手段来予以矫正。

| Abstract: | With references to the manifestation of market failure in Chinese Higher Education,it mainly includes insufficiency of effective educational services,unfairness of educational opportunities,low efficiency of education resource distribution,education corruption and an imbalanced supply-and-demand employment market.Based on the analysis of the cause of the failure,this paper puts forward three countermeasures,including economic,legal and administrative measures. |
