| 摘 要： | 从党的十六大到第四次宪法修正案对政治文明地位的正式确认，对具有中国特色的社会主义宪政的实现有着特别的意义，政治文明与宪政在本质上的一致性，决定了社会主义政治文明将极大推动中国特色的社会主义宪政建设与实践。

| Abstract: | The sixteenth congress of the Party and the confirmation of the status of politi cal civilization in the fourth amendment to the constitution are of special sign ificance for the realization of a socialist constitutional government with Chine se characteristics. That political civilization is in essence consistent with th e constitutional government determines that the socialist political civilization will push forward the building up and the practice of a socialist constitutiona l government with Chinese characteristics. |
