| 摘 要： | 从1937年12月到1944年3月,陈云在延安担任了7年的中央组织部部长。在这期间,陈云对中国共产党正确的知识分子政策的形成和发展的贡献有:提出要抢夺知识分子;强调知识分子在革命中的作用:批判对知识分子的偏见;对知识分子进行耐心的教育;积极地保护知识分子。这些政策思想是中国共产党正确的知识分子政策的重要组成部分。

| Abstract: | From December.1937 to March.1944.Chen Yun had been the minister of central organization department for 7 years.During this time,Chen Yun's contribution to the form and development of correct intellectual policy as follows: proposing to seize the intellectuals;emphasizing the importance of intellectual in revolution;criticizing the prejudice against intellectual;educating intellectual patiently;and protecting intellectual positively.All these policy ideas are important part of the communist party of china's correct intellectual policy. |
