| 摘 要： | 旅游＂零负团费＂是我国旅游市场过度竞争的产物,极大危害了广大旅游消费者和行业自身的利益,严重影响了旅游业的持续、健康发展。运用旅游经济学、管理经济学的相关理论,分析了我国旅游＂零负团费＂问题产生的背景、运行机制、当前主要治理措施乏力等问题,并在此基础上提出了几点建议。

| Abstract: | Zero and negative tour expense of tourism was the result of the Excessive competition of our tourism market.It is harmful to the tourists and travel industry and seriously affected the healthy process of tourism industry as well.Based on theories of tourism economics and management economics,this paper tries to analyze the background,operation mechanism and weak of the current governance measures and gives some proposals of this issue. |
