我国专业学位研究生培养的改革与创新

摘    要:随着教育规模的扩展和社会需求的增加,我国专业学位研究生教育面临自身教育模式以及评估体制的重大改革。我国专业学位研究生培养的基本模式已经形成,但还存在一些问题。建立职业导向的专业学位硕士培养策略:一是要调整培养目标定位,突出特色;二是以实践为核心,加强理论与实践知识的相互转化;三是建立和完善与职业资格标准相对应的评估体系;四是加大实践教师在导师中的比重;五是改革考核方式。

Abstract:with the expansion of educational scale,and the increase of social demand,professional degree postgraduate education faces its own educational pattern and assessment system reform.Our country professional degree graduate cultivation pattern has been formed,but there are still some problems.Establishment of occupation oriented professional master degree training tactics,the first is to adjust the orientation to the training objective,outstanding feature;the second is to practice as the core,strengthen the theory and practice of knowledge conversion;the third is to establish and improve the occupation qualification standards and corresponding evaluation system;the fourth is the increase in the proportion of practice teachers tutor;the fivth is the reform of examination methods.
