| 摘 要： | 道德领导以专业和道德作为权威来源,是大学理想的领导方式。受制度和管理体制、传统文化、权力本身和品性人格等因素的影响,大学校长更倾向于将科层权威作为自己的权威来源。通过对这些影响因素的分析,有助于为大学校长实施道德领导找到可行的路径,为大学的健康发展提供更好的思路。

| Abstract: | Moral Leadership,which regards profession and morality as the source of authority,is the ideal form of leadership in college.Affected by institutions and management systems,traditional cultures,powers,moral characters and personality,college president tends to consider bureaucratic authority as the source of their authority.Analysis on the influence factors is helpful to find feasible ways for college president carrying out moral leadership,and would offer better ideas for college’s healthy development. |
