| 摘 要： | 高等教育区域中心是一种宏观视角下的新型高等教育发展模式,突出强调高等教育资源的集聚模式,及其在推动产业结构调整、形成人才资源积聚、促进产学研结合、提升区域竞争力等多个方面对区域经济社会发展的促进作用。辽宁高等教育资源较为丰富,但区域资源分布不均衡。新经济发展战略的提出,为辽宁经济社会发展明确思路的同时,也使高等教育布局结构的矛盾更为突出。充分利用辽宁现有高等教育资源,结合三大区域经济社会发展的根本要求,通过一系列手段促进高等教育区域中心建设,加强高校的区域积聚效应,弥补高等教育布局结构的现有不足,才能实现辽宁高等教育与区域经济社会发展的有机融合。

| Abstract: | Regional centers of higher education is a new development model of higher education,which make full use of the combined advantages of the higher education resources and play a role in the promotion of industrial restructuring,the formation of the accumulation of human resources,the cooperation of university-industry-research,and the development of regional competitiveness.There have abundant higher education resources in Liaoning.But the regional distribution of resources is not balanced.The new economic development strategy proposed a clear idea of economic and social development for Liaoning province,but also made the contradictions of higher education structure more prominent.The regional center of higher education can take advantage of the combined effect of the province's higher education resources,to achieve the organic integration of higher education and regional economic and social development. |
