| 摘 要： | 培养创新型人才作为未来经济社会发展的重要战略举措已受到越来越广泛的重视。实证研究表明,高校创新型人才培养模式受创新意识、创新能力、课程体系、教学制度、环境氛围等多种因素影响。构建高校创新型人才培养模式应树立先进的创新型人才培养观、创建全新的创新型人才培养平台、完善系统的创新型人才培养体系、提供良好的创新型人才成长环境。

| Abstract: | As an important strategic initiatives for the future economic and social development,Cultivating innovative talents has receivde more and more attention.Through the analysis of the status and characteristics of talents training pattern of higher deucation in china,combinde with empirical research of come colldges snd universities in Liaoning Province,The talents training pattern of higher deucation in china should be to dstabish advanced training concept of innovative talents,to create new innovative talent training platform,to improve the system of innovative training system,and to rovide a good environment for the growth of innovative talent. |
