| 摘 要： | 随着高等教育适龄人口减少影响的渐显、高等教育不断扩招力量的释放以及国外教育机构争夺生源的加剧,高职院校面临着前所未有的激烈的生源竞争。生源危机这一外部环境的改变将影响整个高职院校的发展格局与发展方式,高职院校必须在实践中调整发展战略,着力于扭转高职院校的竞争劣势、明确类型定位与生源定位、寻求特色与差异化生存和关注学生发展与学习收获,方能在未来优胜劣汰的竞争中取胜。

| Abstract: | With the decrease of school-age population of higher education,expansion of higher education and competition for students source in international educational institutions,China higher vocational colleges are facing unprecedented competition for students source.Students source crisis will change development pattern and development way of China higher vocational colleges.To win this competition,the colleges should adjust development strategy to create fair competition environment,adhere to serve for the society,upgrade education quality and focus on students development and learning harvest. |
