| 摘 要： | 在模拟常温、高温和湿热三种环境下对战士学员进行负重耐力体能测试和晕动病诱发试验,发现湿热环境对人体耐力素质影响最大,晕动病发生率最高、程度最严重.为确保部队战斗力,开展了系列热习服和晕动病习服训法研究,提出以热习服训练和晕动病习服训练为主要干预手段、抗晕药物、心理疏导和穴位刺激为辅助训练手段的预防措施,以及通过兵源对环境适应能力的筛选,解决特殊环境对官兵军事行动的影响问题.

| Abstract: | Under the simulation conditions of heat and humidity at room temperature, weight endurance fitness test and motion sick- ness evoked tests were conducted to soldier students. It has been found that hot and humid environment impact the students the most, especially in terms of human endurance and high rate of motion sickness incidence. Thus, hot area troops without specific mea- sures to deal with damp heat acclimatization, sea accompanying task execution will lead to a large number of officers and soldiers in non- combat attrition. In order to ensure the combat effectiveness of the armed forces, a series of heat acclimatization and motion sickness acclimatization training research has been launched. The heat acclimatization training and seasickness habituation training as the main means of intervention has been put forward accordingly. Preventative measures includes anti - motion sickness drug, psycho- logical counseling and aeupoint stimulation as auxiliary means of training measures. The ability to adapt to the environment will be conducted while screening soldier resources so as to solve the problem of special environmental impact on the officers and soldiers of military action from the very beginning. |
