| 摘 要： | 文章分析了我国高校大学生心理健康教育的现状：部分高校认识不足；工作落实不够，成效不明显；学生认同度不高。提出了落实心理健康教育的主要措施：切实转变观念，把心理健康教育置于高校素质教育的重要地位；加强心理健康教育师资队伍建设，提高整体教育水平；构建完善的心理健康教育和评估体系；把握心理健康教育的重要环节，加强针对性和可操作性；全员参与，营造良好的心理健康教育环境。

| Abstract: | This article analyses the current situation of psychological health education in college students in our country. Some colleges have insufficient understanding, and insufficient work leads to insufficient effect. Some college students don't approve it. The article also gives us some solutions to carry it out: to change our mind and take psychological health education into serious consideration in the process of quality education, to establish a perfect system of psychological health education and evaluation, to grasp the important links of psychological health education to strengthen its orientation and operability and to create good environment of psychological health education by both teacher's and student's participation. |
