| 摘 要： | 实施素质教育是我国教育改革的“重点工程”，而素质教育的实施，关键在于广大教师提高自身的思想政治，教育理想，科学化，教学业务，创造力等方面的素质。广大教师只有努力全面提高自身素质，才能担负起实施素质教育的重任。

| Abstract: | To carry out the quality education, which is the key project in the reform of China's education system, relies on the self-improvement of teachers' qualification in educational methodology, scientific knowledge, professional teaching, innovative ability and ideology, etc. Teaching art, language statement and writing are the elementary qualities for the teachers. Only when the entire teachers fully improve their qualities can they shoulder the responsibilities of carrying out quality education. |
