摘    要:为适应基础教育课程改革发展,全面推进素质教育,需要对中小学在职教师进行继续教育培训,全面提升中小学教师队伍的素质,引领教师专业发展。教师进修学校是中小教师培训的主要基地.其培训存在着低效的现状.如何提高培训的实效性,并找到提高教师进修学校培训实效性的策略是值得探讨的问题。

Abstract:In order to adapt the teachers to the reform and development of elementary education and advance the quality education, further education is needed for the in-service teachers so as to fully upgrade the elementary school teachers and middle school teachers and lead them to have professional development. The training school is the base for the elementary school and middle school teachers, but its current inefficiency puzzles the circle of education. Therefore, improving its efficiency and finding a better solution to it are of great significance.
