| Abstract: | Educational thought is the soul of running a school, the base of educating students and the way of managing a school. It is difficult to define educational thought and philosophy of running school, and it is more difficult to carry them out. Therefore, practice and persistence are two important factors to put them in effect. Developing time-honored tradition and implementing the management based on ＂people first＂ and playing the principal＇s role in working are the educational thought and philosophy of running school,which is also the educational practice of NO.2 Primary School attached to Hunan First Normal University. |
