| 摘 要： | 从学校体育现状出发 ,对学校体育与终身体育的教育衔接进行分析 ,认为课堂教学的局限和不足难以实现终身体育 ,只有充分发挥课外体育的优势 ,课外体育与课堂教学齐头并进、相得益彰、相互配合共同完成学校体育的目标任务 ,才能确保终身体育的实现

| Abstract: | By analyzing the combined problems of school physical education and physical education of lifetime the paper showed that the lacks and limits of class physical education can't achieve the physical education for lifetime. Combining the unofficial with official physical education is the only way for achieving the physical education of lifetime. |
