| 摘 要： | 高校大学生就业制度的变革使得大学生就业指导工作越来越受到重视,对高校就业指导进行了较为全面的概括,并就如何充分发挥就业指导的“指导”与“服务”功能,变现行的应对式“就业指导”为长期的“就业指导与服务”,如何在大学阶段实施全程化指导等方面做了详细的阐述。
