| 摘 要： | 本文通过对四川省部分农村中小学教师既不愿意长期当教师,又不愿意轻易放弃教师职业这一矛盾现象的实证分析,试图揭示这一"悖论"现象所反映的四川省部分农村中小学教师的职业观,并分析这种职业观对四川省农村基础教育的影响。

| Abstract: | There is a paradoxical phenomenon that some teachers,who are from the partial rural primary and middle schools in Sichuan,are willing neither to be teachers as a lifelong career,nor to quite the job at will.After the analysis,it attempts to reveal the professional outlook existing in those rural teachers,and discusses the influence brought by this outlook on the primary education in Sichuan rural areas. |
