| 摘 要： | “慎独”是儒家所倡导的修身中极为重要的一个环节,其基本含义是指人在道德修养时所达到的内心专注与专一的状态,尤其体现在当个体面对自我时也要保持善的追求与自律,即在独处无人时做到思想和言行的谨慎不苟。尽管这种道德修养方法不可避免地带有时代和阶级的烙印,但当消解了部分传统意义上的内涵并注入新的时代意义后,这种自律自省的行为操守在当今社会中同样具有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | Shendu is the most important method to cultivate one's moral character in Confucianism.It mainly means that we devote our mind to an engrossed state,especially when we stay alone we can keep our mind to goodness and self-discipline.Though this method is destined to have brand of times and a class,it is still of important value in modern society when we dispell its traditional sense and pour new sense of modern times into it. |
