| 摘 要： | 西北地区是中国国家安全的西部门户。梳理近代以来中国的西北战略,可以总结出中国西北战略的演变过程。进入21世纪,中国的西北地缘处于历史上最安全的时期。在新形势下,新疆是中国西部开发的战略省份,是中国与中亚国家开展反恐合作的重要基地;深化中巴战略合作伙伴关系,则是保持中国西北地区稳定的外部保障。

| Abstract: | The northwest China is the western doorway of the national security.This article,based on the organization of northen strategy since modern times,summerizes the process of its evolvement.The beginning of the 21st century is the safest period of the geopolitical condition of northern China.In particular circumstances,Xinjiang is a province which plays a important role in development of the west China,is a critical basement where China and the Central Nations corporate to fight against the terrorism,and deepen the relationship between China and Pakistan in order to keep the relative stabilization of the northwest China. |
