| 摘 要： | 成人学习特征是开展成人高等教育专业教学改革的基础和条件。成人学员具有较强的学习能力、独立的人格、丰富的经验和突出的问题意识等学习特征。成人高等教育专业教学改革必须注重师生主体间性、教学内容针对性、启发式教学和学员自我导向学习。

| Abstract: | The feature of adult learning is the foundation and condition of teaching reformation of specialized subject in adult higher education. Strong learning capability, independent personality, abundant experience and outstanding consciousness of problem are the features of adult learning . The teaching reformation of specialized subject in adult higher education should pay attention to inter-subjectivity between teachers and learners, pertinent curriculum, heuristic teaching mode and self-directed learning, etc. |
