| 摘 要： | 产教融合实训基地是推动高职教育产教融合的重要载体,是提升学生实践能力的重要场所,是新时期高职院校人才培养的保障,是进一步实现办学与市场需求相匹配的重要纽带。实训基地在建设过程中会遇到很多难题,为更好地发挥实训基地的作用,高职院校需要进行相应的改革。目前,高职院校产教融合实训基地建设面临着生产和教学的矛盾,师资力量相对薄弱、人才培养成本缺乏分担机制等难题。高职院校通过细化岗位职责,合理建设基地,优化教师队伍,建立健全保障机制等方法推动产教融合实训基地的建设,形成企业、学校、学生三方共赢的局面。

| Abstract: | The practical training base is an important carrier to promote the integration of industry and education in vocational education,an important guarantee to improve students practical ability,a guarantee for personnel training in higher vocational colleges in the new era,and an important link to further realize the matching between running a school and market demand.There will be many difficulties in the construction of the training base.In order to better play the role of the training base,we must carry out corresponding reform.At present,the construction of production and teaching integration training base in higher vocational colleges is facing the contradiction between production and teaching,the relative weakness of teachers,the lack of sharing mechanism of personnel training cost and other problems.Higher vocational colleges promote the construction of industry education integration training base by refining post responsibilities,reasonably building the base,optimizing the teaching team,establishing and improving the guarantee mechanism,etc.,so as to form a win-win situation among enterprises,schools and students. |
