| 摘 要： | 文化软实力是衡量一个地区综合实力的重要标志之一。挖掘中原文化内涵,释放文化活力,提升中原文化软实力,是实现“中原崛起河南振兴大计”的应有之义。以河南省为研究样本,从中原文化吸引力、中原文化传播力、中原文化内生力、文化事业投入力与文化产业贡献力五个方面,构建中原文化软实力资源现状评价指标体系。运用主成分分析的方法,评价2009—2018年10年间中原文化软实力综合情况,剖析目前中原文化软实力资源现状及存在的问题,并找出原因。从培育中原文化吸引力、扩大中原文化传播力、夯实中原文化内生力、提高文化事业投入力度、增强文化产业贡献值等五方面入手,指出进一步提升中原文化软实力的路径。

| Abstract: | Cultural soft power is one of the important symbols to measure the comprehensive strength of a region.Mining the cultural connotation of the Central Plains,releasing the cultural vitality,and enhancing the cultural soft power of the central plains are the due meaning of realizing the"grand plan of the rise of the Central Plains and the revitalization of Henan".Taking Henan Province as the research sample,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of the current situation of cultural soft power resources in the Central Plains from five aspects:the attraction of the Central Plains culture,the communication power of the Central Plains culture,the endogenous power of the Central Plains culture,the investment power of cultural undertakings and the contribution of cultural industry.By using the method of principal component analysis,this paper evaluates the comprehensive situation of cultural soft power in Central Plains from 2009 to 2018,analyzes the current situation and problems of cultural soft power resources in Central Plains,and finds out the reasons.This paper points out the way to further enhance the soft power of Central Plains culture from five aspects,such as cultivating the attraction of Central Plains culture,expanding the communication power of Central Plains culture,tamping the endogenous force of Central Plains culture,increasing the investment in cultural undertakings,and enhancing the contribution value of cultural industry. |
