| Abstract: | Talents play a significant role in the exsitence and development of colleges.Party supervision over personnel is an important of policy based on the experience and practice of our party's cadres and talents's building and training.Universities and colleges should adhere to the principle of Party supervision over personnel,repecting for people's dignity and value,strengthening talents sense and creating new talents working mechanism,to furthen enhance the level of talents managing and training,so as to provide sound mind and organization guarantee for the implementation of talent powerful college strategy. |
