深耕企业研发服务工程创新——高校学报企业作者群的跟踪分析与组稿实践

摘    要:以《大连交通大学学报》2009—2018年间发表的270篇企业一线技术论文为统计样本,对样本论文的刊发情况进行汇总分析,从中找出写作持续性好、发文量稳定的作者分布。对该分布范围内的作者进行进一步的筛选优化,从中锁定编辑需要重点关注和持续培养的工程一线作者队伍。编辑部通过走进相关企业的科研和生产基地,围绕企业作者群所在的科研团队所承担的重大科技项目开展组稿活动,探索并尝试高校学报扩宽组稿渠道、开拓优质稿源的新方法。

Abstract:Based on 270 first tier technical papers published in the Journal of Dalian Jiaotong University from 2009 to 2018, we analyzed author distribution with good writing continuity and stable output and further selected the enterprise author groups that the journal editors need to focus and continue to cultivate. By visiting the scientific research and development bases and carrying out solicitation activities around the major scientific and technological projects undertaken by the enterprise group of authors, journal editors can broaden the solicitation channels, which provides a new method for digging high quality scientific articles.
