| 摘 要： | 针对“中学体育教材教法”课程教学的改革，提出了结合中学体育教学实际，加强实践环节训练，重视学生体育教学能力培养。其重要的措施与方法是为加强体育理论知识训练，提高理论教学能力；加强体育教学基本训练，提高高践教学水平；利用模拟式教学提高实践课的教学能力；提高测量、分析与评价课的能力。此外，在教学方法上着重强调实践环节。
