| 摘 要： | 本文从我国工程技术人员培养和需求的现实情况以及当前职业能力研究的现状出发,通过概念和标准的深入对比分析,提出了工程技术人员职业能力的钻石模型及相应的能力构成要素,并在此基础上对工程师、技术工程师和技术员在职业能力标准上的异同进行了比较。最后借鉴美国和英国的职业能力测评模式,对工程技术人员职业能力测评方式的完善提出了相应建议。

| Abstract: | From the view of cultivation and demand of engineering technicians,together with the present situation of study on vocational ability in China,this paper proposes the diamond mode of engineering technicians′competence and the corresponding competence factors,with ? an in-depth comparative analysis of concept and standard.Furthermore,it compares similarities and differences of engineers,technologists and technicians on standards of vocational ability.Eventually,learning from American and British evaluation profiles of vocational ability,it provides several suggestions to improve the evaluation of the engineering technicians′competence. |
