| 摘 要： | 区域经济发辰和差异动态变化，形成全球产业跨国跨区转移一次又一次浪潮，当前，在成本增加、产业结构升级等压力下，中国沿海地区大量制造业、服务业企业已经发生和正在进行向内地以及周边国家转移，形成了全球第四次产业转侈浪潮。产业的空间转移既是对产业、产品生命周期的一种主动调整，同时，也是针对影响产业发展经济社会要素和爷件变化的反厦。在本质上，产业转移是对经济社会背景演变的一种空间响应。全球和中国宏观经济背景演变志势，将影响着新一轮产业转移的驱动机制，也深刘地影响着新一轮产业转移的发展态势。因此，通过对影响产业转眵的宏观背景和发展态势思考，并探讨未来中国产业转移趋势的一些问题，可以为中国中西部地区承接新一轮的产业转移提供理论依据。

On Macro Background and Development Trend of the Fourth Global Industrial Transfer |

| Abstract: | Dynamic ehange of regional economie development and differentiation bring about global industrial transfers between counlries and regions again and again. Nowadays a lot of Chinese coastal industries have transferred and will transfer to Chinese hinterland and periphery, countries, which forms the fourth global industrial transfer. Industrial spatial transfer is not only an active adjustment to industry and products, but also a reaction to the change of eeonomic and soeial factors and eonditions. In essence, it is a spatial response to the ew）lution of social and economic background. Evolution of the global and Chinese macro-economie background will affect its new-round industry-driven mechanism, whieh will have a profound impact on its new-round development trend. Therefore, thoughts on the background of the industrial transfer and its development trend, and the problems of the future trends for China＇s industrial transfer can provide a theoretical basis for central and western China to undertake the new-round industrial transfer. |
