| 摘 要： | 按科技进步水平将中国31个省(直辖市、自治区)软分类为三类。在同一类中计算潜在人力资本和实际人力资本,并且建立它们之间的模糊映射关系。建立实际人力资本、固定资产等生产要素到经济增长的模型映射。通过经济增长对实际人力资本和实际人力资本对潜在人力资本的边际比率数量积计算出教育经济贡献率。
