| 摘 要： | 以昆明市4310名民警为被试，以卡特尔16PF最表为测量工具，探讨了民警人格素质的基本特征及其性别特征。结果表明：(1)民警的人格素质优于一般中国成年人的平均水平；(2)男性民警与女性民警在乐群性、敏感性和忧虑性等人格特质上具有显差异。

| Abstract: | The subjects of this study come from the police stations of Kunmig of Yunnan province, and they total up to 4310. The measure tool of this study is 16PF. The paper analyses the basis situation of the policeman's personality feature level through carring out a test with subjects' test scores of the 16PF and the norms of Chinese adult. The results showed that the personality quality of the policemen was more excellent than the average of the Chinese adult's norms. By using the sex as independent variables and the test scores of the 16PF as the dependent variables, the paper carried out a single-variables analysis of variables. The result revealed that A, F and O personality traits remarkably affected by the sex factors. |
