摘    要:从大学教育中注重学生实践能力培养的重要性入手,对本人在人力资源专业教学中总结和开发出的专业基础课“人力资源管理”的教学模式的探讨,旨在提出一种新的思路--如何在专业课中培养学生的实践能力,以提高教学效果.

Abstract:How to foster the students' professional ability in application in the course of teaching and learning concerns every faculty member.The writer has been engaged in the teaching of the subject 'Human Resource Management' and has made some research on the teaching approach of this course.This article focuses on the importance of application ability in higher education and points out a new way in developing the students' ability in applying what they have learned in their academic study.
