| Abstract: | How to foster the students' professional ability in application in the course of teaching and learning concerns every faculty member.The writer has been engaged in the teaching of the subject 'Human Resource Management' and has made some research on the teaching approach of this course.This article focuses on the importance of application ability in higher education and points out a new way in developing the students' ability in applying what they have learned in their academic study. |
