| 摘 要： | 工程建设监理是土木工程类专业知识与生产实践相结合的课程,为学生毕业后从事设计、施工和监理工作提供必要的支持。但在工程建设监理的教学实践中,由于现行的教材概念多、理论性强,缺少工程案例以及考查课学生不重视等原因,导致该课程的教学效果较差,为此我校进行了多项教学改革,如更改教学时间安排,对教材的选择,对师资的要求,增加"三大目标控制"专题,增加监理常用标准表式专题,增加合同范本和相应法律法规专题,增加针对各专业的监理内容,增加安全监理专题等,充分调动了学生的积极性,教学效果显著。

| Abstract: | Construction supervision is one of the combining course of professional knowledge and production practice,and it provides necessary support for graduated students engaged in the design,construction and supervision.But in the teaching process of construction supervision courses,many concepts,strong theories difficult to understand,lack project case in the current textbooks and students despising elective course lead to bad teaching effect.In order to improve teaching effect,our university carried out a number of reform measures in the teaching process,such as changing the teaching schedule;the choice of textbooks;the teachers’ request;increased "three control" thematic;increased the standard form thematic of supervision used;increased the thematic of model contracts and laws and regulations;increased supervision content for the each profession;increased the thematic of safety supervision and so on,fully inspired the enthusiasm of the students and then received ideal teaching effect. |
