| Abstract: | How to play the function of public library resources? According to the empirical investigation of public libraries in Chongqing City this paper analyzes four problems that have seriously affected the further use of the public library resources of whole city today,The perfect system safeguard mechanism,plan as a whole and management according to law,the policy suggestions to build the service system of use and innovation of public library resources in Chongqing,etc.are put forward. |
