| 摘 要： | 在就业压力与能力缺失压力的双重影响下,高等教育人才培养模式的重构,是高等教育主动服务社会经济的重要体现。服务型的人才培养理念、市场化的人才培养机制、社会化的人才培养方式、特色化的人才培养路径是服务型人才培养模式的基本特色;学科-专业-产业链、立体化的人才培养体系、社会化的利益共同体是服务型人才培养模式的基本组织制度。
