| 摘 要： | 高校是培养人才的主阵地,面对国家科技和经济竞争的需要,加速高校科技成果的转化工作成了时代赋予的神圣使命.文章针对我国高校科技成果转化率低的原因,提出了完善我国科技成果转化机制的相应对策.

| Abstract: | University is the main position of foster talent.Facing the competition with other countries of science and technology and economy,the acceleration of university's science and technology achievement transformation work has become the sacred mission which the time entrusted with.This article has analyzed the low reason of university's science and technology's achievement conversion,and proposed consummates corresponding countermeasure which our country science and technology achievement shifts to new management mechanisms. |
