| 摘 要： | 从确定反映制造企业技术进步的主要参量的角度出发,建立了技术进步创新程度的评价指标体系。应用客观赋权法为评价体系的各指标赋权,运用多重模糊综合评价法对制造企业技术进步创新程度进行综合评价。

| Abstract: | The paper confirms the main parameter which reflects technology progress in manufacture enterprises,through setting up the appraisal index system of innovation degree of technology progress.The paper determines the relative weights between indices by using "entropy approach",and appraises innovation degree of technology progress in manufacture enterprises by setting up comprehensive fuzzy appraisal index system and model.The paper reaches the conclusion that ability of research and development can reflect technology progress in manufacture enterprises. |
